Terms and Conditions

ELIGIBILITY:

1. This Prize Draw (the "Promotion") is open to anyone living in Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding the Promoter’s agents, employees and their immediate family, and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion. Proof of name, age and address of persons entering the promotion (each an "Entrant") may be required to verify identity.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

2. The Promotion opens at 00:00hrs GMT and 01:00 CET on Thursday 1st June 2023 (“Opening Time") and all entries must be received by 22:59hrs GMT and 23:59 CET on Sunday 31st December 2023 ("Closing Time"). In these Terms and Conditions, the period between the Opening Time and the Closing Time is referred to as the "Promotional Period".

HOW TO ENTER:

3. To enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase a DYMO LetraTag 200B (the “Machine”) and register the Machine online by the end of the 15th day of the following month following purchase of the Machine (see Table 1 below for deadlines). To register their Machine, the user must visit DYMO.co.uk/support and select their relevant country and language. Once registration has been completed and submitted, the entrants can opt in to enter the prize draw via the relevant tick box.

4. After the end date, no further entries to the Promotion will be permitted. Failure to comply with any part of this clause will disqualify the respective entries from the Promotion.

5. There is no entry fee or other costs necessary to enter the Promotion.

6. To enter, entrants must agree and accept these terms and conditions.

7. Obscene or inappropriate entries will not be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries for any reason at its sole discretion.

WINNER SELECTION:

8. Once registration has been completed and submitted, the user will then be asked to play the “Slot machine” game for the chance to win one of 1,000 Yankee Candle prizes for that month. The user will need to click on the slot machine and will then be instantly notified whether or not they have won a prize. There are 7,000 prizes available altogether during the Promotional Period. The prizes available for each country are set out as follows:

Austria:	20 prizes available each month.
Belgium:	30 prizes available each month.
France:	200 prizes available each month.
Germany:	250 prizes available each month.
Italy:	50 prizes available each month.
Netherlands:	25 prizes available each month.
Poland:	50 prizes available each month.
Spain:	150 prizes available each month.
Sweden:	100 prizes available each month.
United Kingdom:	125 prizes available each month.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

9. The winners will be notified instantly upon submission of the registration what prize they have won.

10. If the winner chooses not to or is not able, for any reason, to accept a Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the relevant Prize to an alternative entrant who shall be drawn at random from all remaining correct, complete and eligible entries.

PRIZE:

12. We cannot be responsible for invalid details or communication failures.

13. Winners are responsible for any additional costs and expenses associated with the prize, outside of what is listed above.

14. Each prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. If for any reason we cannot provide the prize, we will offer an alternative prize of similar value.

15. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

16. The winner will be asked to provide their name, mailing address, email address, phone number, product serial number and proof of purchase to register their Machine and in order for us to administer the prize. If the winner does not want to provide their address, then a new winner will be picked and the original winner will be void.

17. If the prize is not received by the winner, no additional or replacement prize will be sent.

18. To the extent permitted by applicable law (and excluding French residents), the Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the Promotion or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the prize in question.

19. To the extent permitted by applicable law (and excluding French residents), the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the Promotion or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the Promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

20. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

21. By taking part in the Promotion, the winner acknowledges that they may be required to take part in relevant publicity subject to applicable laws.

22. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you under your own laws and such provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of your jurisdiction.

23. Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter, and any of its affiliates acting as a Controller under relevant data protection rules and regulations, will retain your Personal data solely for the further course and completion of this Promotion, for participation management and contact with winners. This includes full name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number. Your Personal Data will be treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party that are not affiliated to Promoter unless required for the proper conduct of this Promotion. You have a right to access, modify or remove your personal data by using our Data Privacy Enquiry form. Your personal data will be destroyed after the end of this Promotion.
